Requirements

• MUST be local or willing to relocate to Cincinnati, OH (Onsite position)
• Since this is a DoD/Federal Contractor opportunity, all candidates must be a US Citizen
• This is a full time/direct-hire position, not a contract

As our BDM, you'll be the face of GTC in the Aerospace & Defense market — hunting new opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and executing winning strategies that drive real growth. You'll work closely with operations, program management, and executive leadership to capture high‑value contracts and expand our market presence.

• Lead and execute annual sales strategies across aerospace and defense markets and national accounts
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers
• Identify new markets and bring competitive intelligence to the table
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver on customer commitments
  
  Be the voice of the customer — internally and externally

• 5+ years in sales, program management, or business development in aerospace and/or defense (or 10 years with an associate's degree)
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, blueprints, and manufacturing processes
• A broad aerospace and defense network and hunter mentality
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, and MS Office
• A self‑starter who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments
