Job DescriptionSkillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and professional Client Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our organization and our clients, ensuring that accounts are managed effectively and that clients receive outstanding support.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients while supporting account management and internal coordination. Responsibilities- Maintain positive and professional relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Monitor account activity and assist with account updates and documentation
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
