• Lead business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with clients’ executives, identifying their business needs and delivering high-value solutions aligned to their strategic objectives
• Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Collaborate with other business leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive growth
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with TCS partner ecosystem, and other industry experts

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of leadership and success
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver high‑value consulting services
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Deep knowledge of the Retail industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and legal standards, including client confidentiality and data protection.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Bachelor of Computer Science

Salary Range: $98,000 - $135,000 a year
