While our business model is multifaceted, we are known as a leader and innovator in the industrial gas industry, including regionally supplying high-performance specialty gases to clients in consumer products, healthcare, medical, research, universities and pharmaceuticals.

Additionally supplying cryogenics and gases to fabricating, maintenance, hospitality, entertainment, and retail industries.

We have a national footprint in helium including uniquely our own dedicated helium wells.

Additionally, we hold numerous patents, trademarks and registrations. Two associated companies are Wright Brothers Global Gas, LLC ()and Vendor Managed Gas, LLC (). Wright Brothers Global Gas is a national account program and VMG is a proprietary IoT telemetry product.

• Develop plus – importantly - execute strategic and tactical plans for long-term business growth
• Lead with an entrepreneurial approach in identifying new business opportunities
• Work closely with owners and leadership team to preserve company legacy
• Attend weekly ownership meetings and deliver monthly performance reviews
• Make capital investment recommendations and optimize real estate/investments

• Actively participate in sales activities to drive revenue growth
• Meet with prospective customers and maintain key account relationships
• Monitor contracts, pricing, profit margins, and renewal timelines
• Maintain regular communication with sales teams across all businesses
• Participate in leadership and sales expertise training programs

• Collaborate with in-house experts to optimize business operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and industry regulations
• Develop effective employee needs assessment and training programs
• Lead succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline

• Guide forward-looking financial strategy
• Recommend and schedule capital investments to improve business efficiency and timely providing equipment for new customers

• Proven leadership track record in business development and operations
• Strong technical skills with passion for sales and operations management
• Related industry experience with team leadership capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills across multiple business units
• Experience in succession planning and leadership development
• Strong financial acumen for guiding investments and growth
• STEM bachelor’s degree.
• Previous P&L responsibility
