We are seeking a Project Manager to support a growing volume of logistics- and procurement-driven initiatives as the company expands its raw materials sourcing and bidding efforts. This role will play a critical part in coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring execution across logistics operations and procurement processes.
This is a high‑impact opportunity for a strong mid‑level Project Manager who is comfortable operating with senior‑level responsibility in a fast‑moving environment.
In this role, you will:- Lead and manage projects related to logistics operations, raw material sourcing, and procurement initiatives, including supplier onboarding and bid processes
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across operations, procurement, finance, and external vendors
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve blockers
- Support procurement and bidding workflows by managing schedules, documentation, and handoffs
- Track logistics‑related milestones (shipping, warehousing, delivery timelines, constraints) to ensure alignment with procurement goals
- Establish clear communication plans and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Help bring structure and consistency to processes that are evolving or newly formed
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline logistics and procurement execution
Required Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain, operations, or related environments
- Strong logistics experience (transportation, warehousing, shipping, supply chain coordination, or similar)
- Exposure to procurement processes, sourcing, or vendor management (hands‑on procurement experience is a plus but not required)
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners
- Comfortable stepping into evolving processes and helping bring order and clarity
- Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Excel)
- Experience supporting raw materials sourcing or commodity‑based procurement
- Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, or bid management processes
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply‑chain‑heavy industries
- Experience in contract or consulting roles
