Job overview
:
The Advisory Network at Cincinnati Children’s, anchored by the Learning Community Platform (LCP), is a strategic initiative designed to expand access to the organization’s pediatric expertise on a global scale. Through a dual‑delivery model—combining a digital platform for broad educational outreach and customized project‑based engagements—the Advisory Network enables hospitals and healthcare providers to benefit from Cincinnati Children’s clinical knowledge, best practices, and skill development resources.

The LCP offers personalized learning experiences, continuing education credits, and expert consultations, targeting both medical professionals and administrators. With strong market demand, a scalable business case, and robust risk mitigation strategies, the Advisory Network is positioned as a high‑margin, non‑core growth engine that leverages Cincinnati Children’s trusted brand and world‑class talent to drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term partnerships across the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guide development and success of the LCP from concept to launch and beyond – including features around professional network (digital connectivity), professional development (CME/CE), research & insights (articles, podcasts), collaboration (video chat), and education.
  • Drive LCP development KPIs (time to market, roadmap execution, product quality), in addition to user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics, client and end‑user retention and churn rates.
  • Manage business performance metrics driven from LCP (revenue, margin, average revenue per client, ARR/MRR).
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the product aligns with the Global Advisory mission and rapidly evolving market needs.
  • Serve as both a strategic leader and hands‑on contributor, guiding partners while actively participating in day‑to‑day execution to drive results.
  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy based on market insights, client feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and validation through development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, pain points, and product‑market fit.
  • Build and manage product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define requirements and user stories.
  • Balance technical constraints, business objectives, and user experience to deliver innovative, high‑impact solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IS and other stakeholders to create and maintain a dashboard for performance tracking.
  • Report regularly on community performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a startup.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an agile setting.
  • Experience managing learning platforms preferred.
Unique Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to launch successful products and iterate based on user and market feedback.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Aha!, Miro) and data analysis platforms.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with design teams.
