Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Delivery Lead to support a global ERP transformation focused on standardizing Procure‑to‑Pay and planning processes across the enterprise. This role will help define the program’s change vision, equip leaders to sponsor the transformation, and drive targeted communications and role‑based enablement across multiple functional areas. You will work in a fast‑moving environment where ambiguity is common and priorities shift quickly.
The ideal candidate can bring structure to complexity, provide immediate value, and thrive in a dynamic landscape—balancing strategic design with hands‑on delivery. This is a high‑impact role supporting a multi‑release transition to a simplified, integrated Oracle ecosystem.
- Define and Communicate the Change Vision
Create a clear and compelling narrative for the ERP transformation that connects future state Oracle capabilities with business goals such as standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency. Develop executive‑ready messaging, change stories, and one page summaries for broad audiences. - Empower Leaders and Sponsors
Prepare leaders to serve as active sponsors by developing talking points, FAQs, and leader toolkits. Coach them to reinforce future state behaviors and consistently communicate the importance of adopting new Oracle‑driven processes. - Deliver Targeted, Role‑Based Communications
Develop and execute a structured communication plan that builds awareness, understanding, and readiness. Produce role‑specific content such as impact summaries, one pagers, and go live messaging tailored to functions transitioning off legacy systems. - Support Role‑Based Learning and Enablement
Partner closely with training and learning teams to support the creation of role‑based training materials, including video‑based content, SOPs, job aids, and quick‑reference guides. - Provide Senior OCM Leadership for Oracle ERP Work streams
Bring deep experience supporting global Procure to Pay (D2B), Planning (FG & NonFG MRP), Receiving/Shipping, WMS and TMS integrations, and Intercompany orchestration. Deliver change management best practices across complex, interconnected deployments. - Operate Effectively in High‑Ambiguity Environments
Navigate fast‑changing priorities, make informed recommendations with imperfect information, and deliver structured outputs even in “chaotic” or rapidly evolving conditions.
- An experienced OCM delivery lead with a proven track record supporting large‑scale ERP transformations, ideally including Oracle deployments.
- Highly knowledgeable in global Procure to Pay, planning, receiving/shipping, and related supply chain processes.
- Comfortable developing executive‑level communication materials and clear, concise summaries for diverse audiences.
- Skilled at building communication and enablement plans that help employees understand the “why” behind change and confidently transition to new processes.
- Able to collaborate across global teams and work streams, including business, technology, integrators, and leadership stakeholders.
- Adept at working through ambiguity and fast‑paced environments—flexible, calm, resourceful, and resilient.
- Strong relationship builder who integrates easily with cross‑functional teams and operates with professionalism, empathy, and influence.
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on content creation and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree…
