- Serve as a relationship architect and trusted advisor across technical, business, and vendor teams.
- Lead program management efforts, including roadmap creation, governance structures, dependency management, and delivery oversight.
- Provide hands‑on leadership as a scrum master for agile initiatives while also bringing structure to one‑off evaluations and small exploratory efforts.
- Mentor and support the PMO lead (Jessica), helping build confidence, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
- Facilitate alignment and problem‑solving across business and technical domains, especially related to data architecture, data strategy, and integration challenges.
- Drive modernization assessments, including analysis, gap identification, solution options, and planning for mainframe migration.
- Partner effectively with external vendors, including Centric Consulting and PwC, ensuring alignment, communication, and delivery excellence.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) to help individuals and teams adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally with large‑scale system and data migration programs.
- Deep experience in navigating organizational complexity, resolving dysfunction, and building cross‑functional consensus.
- Strong grounding in data architecture concepts, product‑level data strategy, and structured analysis approaches.
- Demonstrated success mentoring senior leaders and coaching agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable being an on‑site, visible leader in Louisville, KY each day.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
