As a Senior Consulting Manager
, you will make an impact by helping our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients solve complex business and technology challenges. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and will work collaboratively with clients, business partners, and cross‑functional Cognizant teams to deliver transformative solutions.

• Analyze P&C insurance client challenges and design data‑driven, technology‑enabled solutions that support business transformation.
• Participate in the requirements analysis process, documenting business needs and assessing impacts to complex systems and operations.
• Leverage P&C domain expertise to support large‑scale transformation programs, including multi‑tower deals, partnering across consulting horizontals.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives by drawing insights from market trends, client issues, and competitive landscapes.
• Communicate effectively with business partners through regular status reporting, issue resolution guidance, and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of business experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain; consulting experience preferred.
• Strong ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements and assess impacts to processes and systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.
• Ability to work within cross‑cultural, multi‑time zone teams.

• Creative problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience supporting transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or P&C platforms.
• Familiarity with industry standards and trends in P&C carriers and digital insurance.

$134,500 - $158,500

This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
