- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role
- Strong project management experience across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
- Ability to balance multiple priorities seamlessly while ensuring timely, high-quality execution
- Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities
- Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience
- Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
- Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
