We’re looking for a Business Manager Assistant to join our team supporting Kroger. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Kroger Business Managers and clients to support merchandising and operational strategies across the product lifecycle, helping deliver strong, measurable results.

• Provide operational support to the Kroger Business Managers, including managing contracts, new item forms, planning systems, orders, deductions, and price changes
• Serve as a client advocate by helping resolve issues and supporting growth within the Kroger business
• Accurately maintain and update client information in internal and external databases

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting Kroger is preferred
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
• High level of attention to detail, data integrity, organization, and quality of work, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling skills
• You thrive in a strong team environment, but can also work well independently
• Business proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and retailer platforms such as Demand Tec, 1
  
  World Sync, and Kroger API
• Ideal candidates will be commutable distance to Cincinnati, OH
