Overview

Our client provides a dealer management software platform designed to streamline vehicle title and registration processes for dealerships, offering a seamless and efficient way to handle compliance with state motor vehicle departments. It provides tools for electronic titling, reporting, fee calculations, and document management, ensuring accuracy and reducing paperwork for auto dealers.

Salary

Base salary of $80k-$115k, plus bonuses/commission (OTE $130k).

Job Summary

The Territory Implementation Consultant will maintain relationships and provide on-site and remote customer service to the company’s clients. They oversee client onboarding, manages the implementation of products and services, and provides ongoing training and support throughout the client relationship lifecycle. The role is autonomous and requires approximately 80% in-state travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of client onboarding processes.
  • Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and process automation.
  • Build trust and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver on client satisfaction goals and performance targets.
Qualifications

Required Experience: Excellent time-management skills in an autonomous work environment. Dynamic social and communication skills. Proven track record in SaaS/software account management. Ability to conduct remote training using web conferencing tools. Familiarity with collaborative platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint). Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player.

Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience: DMV or automotive industry background. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
