Associate Product Manager – Facility Cleaning

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Global Product Manager – Core Markets, the Associate Product Manager leads product line lifecycle, pricing, positioning and recommendations to maximize market share, profit and revenue for the Hydro Facility Cleaning portfolio. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Hydro meets customer and market expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product line strategies for the Facility Cleaning portfolio supporting global sales penetration objectives.
  • Product pricing and margin maintenance.
  • New product development and lifecycle planning.
  • Product forecasting, inventory guidance and targets.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to develop value propositions and maintain competitive alignment.
  • Define new product development opportunities and build a robust funnel of prospective new investment projects.
  • Build business cases for new product opportunities through Voice of Customer research and establish product specifications and design targets.
  • Effectively manage and communicate product launches, changes and promotions internally and externally with the marketing communications team.
  • Coordinate promotion of products and services to drive profitable growth.
  • Provide technical support to the sales force, identify target markets/accounts, support customer meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in product management, sales or marketing (including internships or co‑ops).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
Employment Details
  • Work Arrangement:
    Onsite
  • Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually
  • Bonus Eligible:
    Discretionary bonus based on performance metrics.
