Business Analyst

Job Description

A large financial organization is seeking a Business Analyst that will sit onsite in Cincinnati Ohio for a contract role. This individual will be joining a project to help with a recent merger and assisting with the migration activities. You will help to gather requirements to make new features so that the acquired organizations’ jobs and services run properly in the new environment.

This will require mapping of billing and service code transactions, pulling data for analysis in Excel, and writing test cases to minimize as many errors as possible.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering and documenting technical requirements
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for pulling data and analysis
• 3+ years of strong Excel experience with the ability to build out pivot tables for analysis
• Experience writing test cases Finance/banking industry knowledge
• Merger/migration experience
