, you’ll join our executive leadership team and set the vision for supply chain excellence across a rapidly growing, nationwide mail-order pharmacy. This is your opportunity to lead strategic sourcing, logistics optimization, and compliance for a 503A compounding pharmacy serving all 50 states and the District of Columbia. You’ll build scalable systems, drive cost efficiency, and champion innovation to support telemedicine and digital health platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term supply chain strategy that drives efficiency and supports overarching business objectives.
  • Direct centralized purchasing, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
  • Provide warehouse oversight and management.
  • Oversee vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to maximize value for all locations.
  • Lead the team responsible for logistics and distribution network optimization for multi-channel fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inspire and coach senior supply chain leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize supply chain processes that enhance customer experience and drive business success.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, technology adoption, and process innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in supply chain leadership, with significant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven success in strategic planning and managing large-scale operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in vendor management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or startup organizations preferred.
