• Lead the customer‑first journey as the primary driver of insights‑driven strategy, execution, and implementation that delivers long‑term sustainable change.
• Innovate in Pricing & Promotions by leveraging industry‑leading customer insights to create relevant strategies that drive customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with Kroger stakeholders, influencing decisions that achieve the vision and roadmap for pricing and promotions.
• Own and define intended outcomes and roadmap for developing strategy solutions that deliver measurable impact to both Kroger and customers.
• Partner with internal business partners to own development and creation of strategy solutions, testing new strategies designed to meet the needs of Kroger and customers.
• Measure the impact of Kroger strategy implementations against short‑ and long‑term objectives, managing and communicating dependencies and risks.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Critical thinking, relationship management, and strong business/commercial acumen.
• Tools and process acumen;
  Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

• Salaries range from $99,000 to $167,900 USD. Actual offers are determined by geographic location, relevant experience, and market data.
