Move Manager​/Estate Sale Team Member – Cincinnati East

Caring Transitions Cincinnati East is a nationally trusted, locally-owned company specializing in downsizing, relocation, estate liquidation, and donation & cleanouts. We help older adults and families through life’s transitions with empathy, professionalism, and care. We are looking for a motivated Move Manager (primary function) and Estate Sale Team Member (secondary function) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organization, and takes pride in helping primarily seniors navigate life’s transitions.

• Move Manager:
  Manage client relationships from consultation through project completion.
• Lead and support teams during client moves; sort, organize, pack, and unpack household items.
• Supervise and coach team members; foster a positive team culture.
• Troubleshoot issues and devise appropriate, sometimes creative solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and report progress daily.
• Ensure all work meets Caring Transitions’ high standards of care and professionalism.
• Manage donation and cleanout teams; coordinate partner services.

• Auction Team Member: participate in online auction prep and auction pickups.
• Sort and organize contents of client homes; assist with online auction preparation, photography, and item listings.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varied home environments (clean, dusty, cluttered, etc.).
• Computer literacy for scheduling and project management tasks.
• Prior leadership experience or team management skills are a plus.

• Competitive pay: $19–$21 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
