What We Do- Strategy & Execution – Leverage insights to inform alignment, develop roadmaps, and set priorities.
- Process Improvement – Work with decision‑makers to understand goals, diagnose gaps, and implement recommendations.
- Operational Transformation – Use data‑driven strategies to define goals, close gaps, forecast demand, and lead initiatives.
- Organizational Design – Align skills, responsibilities, governance and communication throughout the organization.
- Mergers & Acquisitions – Support post‑M&A integration planning and execution.
- Experience solving real business problems.
- Ability to present strategy and business cases to the C‑suite.
- Experience conducting assessments to map current and future states.
- Track record of identifying and addressing operational and strategic root causes.
- Led process‑improvement initiatives, including gap analysis and future‑state planning.
- Experience with post‑merger integration management offices.

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience across SEI’s service offerings.
