As an Automotive Transmission Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our customers' vehicles. You will diagnose and repair transmission and drivetrain issues, conduct routine maintenance and inspections, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify transmission and drivetrain problems
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on manual and automatic transmissions
• Inspect and replace worn-out or damaged parts
• Perform routine maintenance, including fluid changes and filter replacements
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor time
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing detailed explanations of repairs and recommendations

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• 2+ years of experience in transmission diagnostics and repair
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmissions
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• ASE certification or Manufacturer certifications a plus
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
