We’re partnering with a leading energy company to find a talented Contract Administrator to join their hybrid office-based team
. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Contract Manager and subject matter experts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and successful management of transmission contracts. The position is temporary, with an initial length of 27 to 52 weeks, and will require on-site collaboration primarily in a hybrid setting.

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the review, amendment, and execution of various transmission agreements and contracts.
  • Support compliance with open access transmission tariffs and federal regulations impacting transmission operations.
  • Maintain accurate reports and data in systems to monitor and report on contracts.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to communicate statuses, issues, and updates.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including regulatory compliance and merger activities.
Contract Administrator

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or a minimum of five years' relevant work experience with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
