Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work remotely some days. The Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support, manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Additional responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with project coordination as needed.

The Assistant will also help in streamlining processes and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in communication tools and handling correspondence
  • Expertise in recordkeeping, database management, and documentation
  • Problem-solving capabilities and proactive assistance in project coordination
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Conent creation tool, and productivity tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, consulting, arts, entertainment, social media, or technology environment is a plus
  • Willing to train.
  • Must live in the greater Cincinnati area.
