Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and merchandising industry, is seeking a Merchandising Solutions ASP to join their team. As a Merchandising Solutions ASP, you will be part of the department supporting billing and promotional allowances management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Merchandising Solutions ASP

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Pay Rate: $27.00 Per Hour

Shift: 8:00 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (In Office)

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support related to billing systems and promotional allowances.

  • Verify the accuracy of promotional allowances in billing systems and investigate potential errors.

  • Research and bill for missed promotional allowances to ensure accurate compensation.

  • Communicate regularly with managers, suppliers, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Learn and utilize billing and administration systems, including Demand Tec, Business Objects, and Kroger proprietary systems.

What's Needed?
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and email communication.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
