About Hardig Industrial

Hardig Industrial Services is a leader in resinous flooring and concrete polishing that specializes in providing high-quality, solution based Industrial and decorative specialty flooring to the Cincinnati Tri-State area and beyond.

As a Project Administrator at Hardig Industrial, you will play a critical role in supporting our Project Management Team in all aspects of managing projects.

This position will require excellent organizational and time management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes including documentation and specifications needed throughout the project cycle.

Daily Tasks

  • Gathers plan documents and project specifications for project managers
  • Reviews project records, documentation and contracts on incoming project opportunities to understand specific customer processes and contractual requirements
  • Performs job setup administrative duties to accurately create and document jobs/job progress
  • Creates and maintains job files and weekly/monthly reports to accurately track project performance and profitability
  • Oversees Change Orders, Submittals and Close-out Documentation processes
  • Communicate with vendors for material pricing and procurement from project bid to project closeout to enable efficient and cost-effective project delivery
  • Provides Administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure quality and timely project proposals are received by our customers
  • Provides Administrative support to other members of the Sales, Project Management and Operations team as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Construction Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:
    Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with Project Management software including but not limited to Procore, Autodesk and Proest
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
