About the RoleOur client in Sharonville, OH is seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
