As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff. You’ll greet everyone with a smile, provide directions, answer calls, and manage our communication system like a pro. Your warm and helpful nature will make everyone who walks through our doors feel at home!
Your Role Includes:- Answering phones and directing calls with ease.
- Assisting residents, guests, and staff with friendly enthusiasm.
- Keeping things running smoothly by maintaining communication logs.
- Handling emergencies like a calm superhero!
- A typing whiz (40 WPM or more) who’s computer-savvy.
- Someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, caring environment.
