EMI is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as support for our office, working closely with our staff to ensure efficient, day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Office Management- Oversee daily office organization and efficiency.
- Manage office supply orders and inventory.
- Maintain kitchen pantry, dishwasher, and general office essentials.
- Water plants weekly and support a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate company-branded materials (SWAG), office keys, and logo updates.
- Plan and execute company holiday activities, including gifts, cards, and parties.
- Plan monthly team lunches and organize birthdays, happy hours, and other activities.
- Support initiatives that foster collaboration and team morale.
- Schedule group meetings in Outlook, as necessary.
- Assist with action steps for executives, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Provide weekly administrative support to leadership.
- Compile bi-weekly company meeting presentations (PPT).
- Prepare quarterly updates and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Maintain organized online folders and digital work spaces.
- Organize logistics for client visits and team travel, which happens 3-4 times per year.
- Plan and coordinate annual/bi-annual off-site events, including catering.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on training calendars and team scheduling.
- Proven administrative or office management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
