The Supply Network Operations team drives business success by ensuring seamless freight audit and payment processes, and this role will be a key contributor to that mission.

• Act as the primary contributor to the Transportation Management System (TMS) for freight audit and payment, managing start‑ups, integrations, and system‑integrated testing.
• Conduct Business Acceptance Testing, non‑negative impact testing, and reporting changes for the Freight Audit and Payment module.
• Ensure standardization of work processes and track Key Performance Indicators.
• Leverage advanced PC application skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication to support end‑to‑end freight audit and payment operations.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a two‑ or four‑year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, One Note, PowerPoint).
• Experience navigating SAP logistics tables and transactions.
• Functional knowledge of TMS, Lane Management, and Coupa.
• Background in freight audit and payment processes.
