Role DescriptionThis is an on‑site, part‑time role based in Cincinnati, OH for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. The individual in this role will manage daily office operations, maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a professional and organized workspace. They will support executives with calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and managing correspondence. Additionally, the role includes event coordination, meeting preparation, administrative support for multiple teams, and being a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications- Organizational and multitasking skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Administrative and operational management skills such as office supply management, correspondence handling, and basic facility management
- Event coordination skills, including planning, execution, and logistics management for meetings and company events
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor
- Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with office software and technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
- Ability to work on‑site in Cincinnati, OH and collaborate effectively with teams
- Previous experience in executive support, office management, or a related field is a plus
