StructureThe Development Program Manager is a non-exempt (hourly) position employed by the University of Cincinnati Foundation (UCF), reports to the Assistant Vice President of Development, West Campus.
FocusThe Development Program Manager provides coordination and support for assigned development teams, and other projects as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Development.
Specific Duties- Provide strategic program and operations support for the Lindner College of Business, the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH), the College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (DAAP), the regional campuses (Clermont & Blue Ash) and Academic Affairs teams.
- Support the assigned teams with program/project management, which includes but is not limited to: data management, integration with foundation CRM system, supporting collaborative projects, donor stewardship, acknowledgement letters, touchpoints and warming strategies, request for proposal lists, expense reports, and more.
- Support the AVP, West Campus, with the institutional priority of Student Success, and provide administrative support (concur; calendar).
- Research, identify, and summarize data using Tableau and/or Blackbaud CRM for reports to help establish program directions, assess results, and provide pertinent information to decision makers, as needed.
- Serve as a key resource for program information. Resolve problems or questions, especially for assigned colleges.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in a professional support role, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Tableau and database or customer management software.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Eagerness to collaborate with teams and bring new knowledge and ideas with a sense of accountability and entrepreneurial energy to move projects forward.
- Occasional availability to help with events during the evening.
The anticipated starting hourly rate range for the Development Program Manager role is $24.00 to $27.50

When determining final offer amount the UC Foundation considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
