Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Fri

Join us as an Accounting Clerk in West Chester and help bring order to invoices, receipts, and runaway decimals. If you get a strange thrill from catching a 3-cent discrepancy, you're exactly who we're looking for.
Requirements for a Great Fit
- High school diploma or GED required; additional schooling a plus.
- Accuracy-driven with strong data entry precision.
- Proficient in Excel; accounting tools are a bonus.
- Able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Dependable and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- 2+ years of prior Accounting and Clerical experience.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and with ERP
- Process and post daily transactions into internal systems
- Review documents for accuracy before filing
- Match statements, receipts, and invoices
- Assist with basic reporting and office support tasks
