Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. This role offers exposure to diverse accounting projects and the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team.

• month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain and monitor the general ledger to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Review, approve, and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
• Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Mentor and provide guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
