Senior Accountant

This hybrid role leads financial operations, cost accounting, payroll/HR administration, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and organizational transparency.

• Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).
• Oversee month- and year-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and job costing.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with leadership.
• Serve as Netsuite ERP administrator; develop reports, dashboards, and optimized workflows.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records; ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and benefits renewals.
• Prepare board-level reporting packages; provide executive insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
