Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional responsible for supporting core accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role will handle recurring accounting processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, while also contributing to special projects and broader business initiatives as needed.

• Perform month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and meeting reporting deadlines
• Reconcile cash and monthly bank statements to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales tax returns
• Support ongoing business initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

• 1–5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
