We are searching for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for performing all basic accounting functions. These functions include reconciling payments, various re-occurring accounting related tasks, and will offer the ability to assist on special projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):- Month end close routines: journal entries, meet deadlines, reconciliations
- Support business initiatives
- Cash Reconciliation and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax returns
- Assist on special projects as needed
- Must have 1-8 years of experience in the accounting field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles is necessary
- Strong Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
