Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to strengthen their internal financial operations, elevate the timeliness and transparency of financial reporting, and support their growth strategy. This role combines hands-on leadership of accounting operations, oversight of outsourced and client accounting workflows, and light CFO-level responsibilities including forecasting, cash visibility, and financial.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting oversight, controllership, or senior finance roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing monthly close, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems (Quick Books Online strongly preferred) and modern financial technology stacks.
- Experience in professional services or CPA firm environments and service-based business accounting is a plus.
