Senior Accountant – Outsourced Accounting Team

Location: Hybrid (Cincinnati or Dayton, OH)

Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Senior Accountant on our Outsourced Accounting team, you’ll deliver high-quality accounting services to a diverse client base. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, client support, and teamwork. If you love solving problems, working collaboratively, and making an impact, this is the role for you!

• Perform routine accounting tasks for assigned clients, including posting transactions and maintaining general ledgers
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end close and preparation of basic financial reports
• Support client requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Experience: At least 2 years in public accounting or outsourced services
• CPA/CA license or working toward certification preferred
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, excellent communication, client service orientation, independent and collaborative in fast-paced environment, proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar

• Hybrid work environment with occasional travel
