- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis on P&L statements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–4 years of accounting experience; public accounting or multi-entity experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
