What You’ll Do
Process supplier invoices and customer billings
Track payments and update ERP records
Support collections and customer account research
Review and process expense reports
Assist with audits, month-end close, and reporting
Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services
Provide general admin support to Finance and Regional leadership
What You Bring
2+ years’ of accounting experience
Some college coursework in accounting preferred
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong communication and multitasking skills
ERP experience is a plus
A proactive, service-oriented mindset
