Sales Supervisor MT

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manage execution of such trade and consumer promotions
• Secure visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
• Actively try to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree any major from reputable University with minimum GPA: 3.00
• Must have at least 2 years working experience as Supervisor Modern Trade or Key Account Supervisor at a FMCG Company
• Know and have good relationship with buyers national modern trade market (Indomart, Alfamart, Lotte, Hypermart etc.)
• Strong leadership skills for monitoring SMD activities; able to effectively manage and direct a team of SMD, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Target oriented, good negotiating & communication skill, pleasant personality and able to work under pressure
• Computer Literacy:
  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Willing to work in Cimahi
