We are seeking a talented and dedicated Truck Maintenance Jr Supervisor to join our team at PT SCG Barito Logistics' in Cilegon Banten. As a Truck Maintenance Jr Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet of trucks. • Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and repair of our truck fleet, ensuring they are well‑maintained and in optimal working condition
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritise servicing and repairs
• Monitor the performance and utilisation of our trucks, and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and maintenance regulations
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and services
• Provide training and supervision to the maintenance team, helping them develop their skills and expertise
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the truck maintenance activities
• Ready for storing/visit if needed
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
• Check the engine and oversee the diagnostic tests
• Able to troubleshoot truck functionality issues
• Keep work logs and report problems
• Troubleshoot reported truck issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Provide consultation on proper maintenance and precautions to users of machines or vehicles

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Technical, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Certification from a vocational school or logistic school preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of truck maintenance and repair
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address maintenance issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the maintenance team and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery
• A passion for maintaining a well‑functioning and efficient fleet of trucks
• Proficient in English preferred
• Strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
