Memiliki keahlian di bidang HVAC, elektrikal, mekanikal, plumbing dan kontrol proses.
Menguasai alat kerja.
Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Sistem kelistrikan : pengecekan panel listrik, penggantian lampu yang mati & lampu darurat.
Sistem AC (HVAC) :
Cuci AC rutin, pembersihan filter udara dan pengecekkan tekanan freon.
Interior dan struktur :
Perbaikan cat dinding yang terkelupas, pengecekan ubin/keramik yang retak dan service pintu/jendela.
