QA​/QC Inspector; English Speaker

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines. Able to communicate using English/Mandarin

Must hold a valid QA/QC professional qualification certificate
.

Minimum 2–3 years of QA/QC or site quality management experience in construction / industrial / engineering projects (cement plant, industrial plant, infrastructure projects preferred).

Strong capability in quality documentation and records management (inspection records, test reports, checklists, NCR, acceptance documents, etc.).

Familiar with project quality standards, inspection procedures, and relevant codes and specifications.

Able to prepare, review and manage QA/QC documents and reports independently.

Good coordination and communication skills with Client, Consultant / Supervisor, and Contractor.

Able to work on site and accept project-based assignments.

Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).

Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsible for daily site quality inspection, quality supervision and quality control activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.

Carry out and follow up site quality inspection and acceptance works for construction activities, materials and workmanship.

Prepare, compile and manage various QA/QC documents and records
, including inspection forms, checklists, test reports, material inspection records and quality acceptance documents.

Prepare and issue quality reports and related quality statistics regularly.

Organize and coordinate quality inspection and acceptance activities involving the Client, Consultant / Supervision Engineer and Contractor.

Participate in joint inspections, internal inspections and handover inspections.

Track, record and follow up non-conformance issues (NCR) and corrective actions until closure.

Assist in establishing and improving the project quality management system and procedures.

Support internal and external audits related to QA/QC activities.

Perform other related tasks assigned by the project management team.
