Conditioning Monitoring Operator

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute condition monitoring and lubrication activities.
• Analyze condition monitoring results and identify potential equipment issues.
• Report condition monitoring findings and recommend corrective actions to the Maintenance Department.
• Follow up and coordinate all condition monitoring findings with the maintenance team.
• Prepare daily reports for inventory and maintenance planning purposes.
• Drive safety leadership and promote continuous improvement in safety practices.
• Improve personal performance to achieve assigned KPI targets.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge in electrical, automation, electronics, and mechanical fields.

• Education:
  
  STM / SMK Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years experience in condition monitoring or related maintenance roles.
• Experience with rotating equipment.
• Skilled in vibration analysis and thermal imaging analysis.
• Familiar with condition monitoring tools and techniques.
• Good understanding of condition monitoring concepts.
• Willing to continuously improve technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, automation, and electronics.
