Resposibilities- Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SHE programs to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible in construction and operation. This includes leading safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
- Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
- Investigate accidents, prepare and maintain required reports. Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence
- Devise and coordinate safety programs that will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness
- Coordinate ongoing training for safety and environmental awareness at all levels of the workforce and regularly verify that tasks are correctly executed
- Maintain, review and report safety performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Safety, Health & Environmental / Chemical Engineering or related field
- Have minimum 12 years working experience in Health, Safety & Environmental field on Petrochemical/Oil&Gas project plant especially for EPC stage.
- In-depth knowledge Hazop, SIL, LOPA engineering and related standard requirement for new design facility.
- Strong familiarity with Environmental System Management and practices.
- Proficient using computer application such as Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to join as contract based
This position will be place at Site Office Cilegon
