Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its assets and operational infrastructure to support the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP
2.

• Facilitate equipment criticality ranking sessions to establish an effective and efficient systematic maintenance strategy.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses of operational reliability incidents.
• Manage threats and opportunities by identifying plant vulnerabilities and driving corrective actions to enhance reliability.
• Develop proactive technical monitoring for early threat detection and equipment performance evaluation.
• Analyze reliability indicators, maintenance costs, equipment bad actors, and SAP data to enable proactive decision-making.
• Support reliability risk management activities, including HAZOP, RCM, FMEA, LOPA, SIL, Bowtie analysis, and other methodologies, ensuring compliance with CAP standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant asset availability and safety.

• Bachelor Degree in Instrument/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Experience minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical
• Good Leadership, Communication, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving skills
• Good knowledge of FMEA, RCM, Criticality Ranking, PMO and RCA technique
• Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system and other asset management software
• Good in English skills both spoken & written

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
