Handle day-to-day customs administration for Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) activities.

Prepare, submit, and monitor customs documents (PIB, PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, and related documents).

Ensure compliance with Bonded Zone regulations
, permits, and reporting requirements.

Monitor in–out movement of goods within the Bonded Zone and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate customs clearance processes to ensure timely release of goods.

Maintain accurate customs and Bonded Zone records, including inventory movement and utilization reports.

Support internal and external audits related to customs and Bonded Zone compliance.

Assist in responding to customs inquiries, inspections, and data requests from authorities.

Ensure customs processes align with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate daily customs and Bonded Zone tasks with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Act as a key operational contact for Bonded Zone-related matters.

Support process improvement initiatives for customs and Bonded Zone operations.

Gradually take on coordination and task-leading responsibilities as part of leadership development.

Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting, Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customs operations, with direct exposure to Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat)

Good understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and Bonded Zone procedures.

Familiar with customs documentation and reporting for Bonded Zone facilities.

Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.

Holder of Ahli Kepabeanan Certificate

Experience handling customs audits, inspections, or compliance reviews related to Bonded Zone.

Familiarity with customs IT systems (e.g. CEISA).

Experience working in manufacturing or trading companies operating under Bonded Zone facilities.

Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Ms. Office apps.

Effective communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good in analytical thinking and conceptual thinking.
