Sales Supervisor - Manufacturing - Cikarang - WFO ()

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company in the Manufacturing sector and they are looking for an Sales Supervisor to be placed in Cikarang with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Responsible for making plan yearly, quarterly and monthly.

Responsible for maintain existing client in order to receive order constantly.

Responsible for Analyze the market and develop strategies to acquire new clients.

As the head of sales, visiting clients and conduct business negotiations directly with client decision makers.

Managed the full B2B sales process, including client needs assessment, product presentations, price negotiations, and pre-production coordination.

Responsible for handling client complaint and requirement.

Responsible for making sales report with analysis in order to increase profit.

Other all related job of sales.

Bachelor degree in any major.

Have working experience at Japanese Automotive Manufacturing Company as Supervisor or above min 5 years.

Have excellent communication and negotiation skill.

Have experience to have meeting with decision maker.

Able to handle all the work as a manager in the sales department without Subordinates.

Have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
