Understand product specifications, quality parameters, and basic production processes.

Handle test reports, COA, and datasheets with accuracy.

Understanding quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)

Able to use quality tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan)

Able to perform problem analysis and improvement (Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, 8D)

Used to preparing quality reports and documentation

Good communication skills and be able to work well in a team
