QC Assistant Manager - Plastic Manufacturing - Cikarang (B-125700)

Our client is a Plastic Manufacturing company
. Currently, they are looking for QC Assistant Manager.

• To oversee all quality control related operation in the factory.
• Lead and supervise QC team to ensure consistency of produced product quality aligned with company standards.
• Responsible in investigating and resolving quality related issues.
• Prepare and create regular QC inspection reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Other task as assigned.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• More than 3 years of working experience as QC assistant manager in a Japanese Automotive or Plastic Manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and QC 7 Tools.
• Able to work under pressure, good attention to details, good communication skill, and good leadership.
• Japanese skill will be an advantage.
