Factory Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager – PT FUJI SEAT INDONESIA, Depok, West Java, s

• Ensure smooth factory and production operations and drive production efficiency improvements.
• Plan and organize maintenance activities for production machinery and factory utilities.
• Manage and control the maintenance budget allocated by management.
• Evaluate the functionality and condition of machinery and facilities.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Collaborate with production or other departments to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles within the food manufacturing industry (FMCG) in a managerial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, Halal, GMP, ISO 22000).
• Familiarity with industry‑specific certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar maintenance management systems preferred.
